Our provincial government holds the keys to so many of the things that we depend on, including health care, education, sick leave, minimum wage, and the way our communities get built. Lately, those powers have been neglected and abused just when Ontarians needed their government the most. Will we really be stuck with this mess until June 2022?


Working together we can do so much. We need essential workers, educators, small business owners and their friends and family members to stand up for something better.


Let's get Ontario back on track to a sustainable and just future! Join us and help the Greens stand up for jobs, people and the planet!

Cleaning the Capital volunteer cleanup at Sawmill Creek Constructed Wetland Wendy Stewart Pond.

Cleaning the Capital again! Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who came our for our September 2020 Cleaning the Capital fall cleanup on the pathways around the Wendy Stewart Ponds. Everyone enjoyed physically distanced time in the sun while getting a break from pandemic restrictions and giving back to the community.

 

The Sawmill Creek Constructed Wetland is sandwiched between South Keys Mall and the Airport Parkway. In addition to providing a recreational area and being a home to wildlife, it ensures that storm water is naturally filtered before emptying into the Rideau River.
